Imity in a tapas bar

Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

At a tapas bar last night, Søren had an Imity experience with complete strangers. In real-life, that is.

I’ve been reading Dalager’s blog for some time and strangely enough I just added him as a contact on Flickr yesterday morning, and then we end up at the same tapas bar that evening and because of imity, we ended up talking and having fun for a couple of hours together.

Makes me smile. He continues,

Most online activities have relations to offline things and the other way around, which is why we should not distinguish so much between on and offline.

So what is imity? Online or offline? Bothline? Mixedline? I guess not. And, if strangers talk because of it, who cares what line?

If you’re at Le Web in Paris these days, you can recognize Claus by this bag

Rather cool, no? Claus says it’s perfect for his laptop. You can get one yourself. Or perhaps a t-shirt that glows in the dark?
